Important Instructions
Treat this work as most important and submit the following at Room No 10 , NIC , DC’s Office, Malerkotla in time bound manner before 20/10/2023.
- Exported data in CD and write the name of department/office on CD with black marker (only CD is acceptable).
- Submit Summary Report of Records Entered (Reports —> Summary of Entered Records Available for Export) in separate File/Folder
- List of Class 4 employees should be entered in the Excel file (Download from above at Sr. No. 7) and submit in the CD along with DISE Capsule data.
- Undertaking Certificate duly Signed by the Head of the Department (Download from above at Sr. No. 8)
